West Ham, together with Yarmolenko, made it to the 1/16 finals of the FA Cup

Today, January 11, another match of the 1/32 finals of the FA Cup took place, in which West Ham minimally beat the representative of the fifth strongest English division, Stockport County, with a score of 1: 0.

Few chances were created for the entire match as it was raining very heavily and the field was not in the best condition. Therefore, the game was very difficult for both teams, which especially hindered combinational football.

The only and winning goal was scored in the 83rd minute of the match, and its author was Craig Dawson, who shot the opponent’s goal with his head after a cross from the flank by Jerrod Bowen, who replaced Andriy Yarmolenko.

Winger of the national team of Ukraine pin up entered this game in the starting lineup, but did not score with effective actions. The Ukrainian had a moment with a good long-range shot at the beginning of the game, but the ball flew a meter from the far corner of the goal.

Thus, West Ham makes it to the 1/16 finals of the FA Cup, where they will play against Doncaster Rovers, who are in the third division.
